Industrial nanofiltration membrane elements are mainly used to remove organic matter, microorganisms, viruses and most of the divalent and above metal ions in water, while retaining part of sodium ions, potassium ions, etc. The separation process does not require any chemical reaction, does not require heating, and does not destroy biological activity, so it is more and more widely used in liquid separation, concentration and purification processes in industries such as drinking water preparation, sewage treatment, food and biological engineering.
NF(Nanofiltration)series membrane a kind of functional semipermeable membranes that could retention low molecular wight solute and low valence. It design for removing various organics. Microbes, viruses and most divalent or polyvalent metallic ions while retaining part of the sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium ions.Applied in the production of drinking water and in separation and concentration processes for foodstuff, medicine etc.
We have 3 types of NF membrane, operational purposes are also different
- MgSO4 HDK: 8000 GPD; 98%Rejection rate; 34 Grid mil; 15% Recovery;
- MgSO4 HDL: 10200 GPD; 96%Rejection rate; 34 Grid mil; 15% Recovery;
- NaCl HDW: 7500 GPD; 80-95%Rejection rate; 28 Grid mil; 15% Recovery.

- When PH is above 10, the Maximum Temperature of Continuous Operation is 35ºC.
- Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants in the water may cause serious membrane damage, which doesn't belong to product warranty range.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balanced against the copy of B/L.
