Industrial RO Water Purifier 8040-ULP Reverse Osmosis Membrane for RO Plant
Reverse osmosis membranes can be used for a variety of fluid separations. Currently, the most widely used reverse osmosis membranes are cross-linked aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes. Usually, m-phenylenediamine and trimesoyl chloride are used for interfacial polycondensation on the surface of porous polysulfone supported membranes. A polyamide layer is formed. The polyamide layer obtained by the reaction is the key to influence the water permeability and salt retardation rate. Therefore, focusing on the interfacial polycondensation reaction and optimizing the polyamide layer in order to obtain a reverse osmosis membrane with large flux and high salt removal rate has always been the direction of many researchers.
Ultra Low Pressure Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element could filter the water and salt under very low operation pressure, and get the rate as high as the membrane of normal low pressure. The operation pressure could get 7 bar, half of the normal low pressure membrane. Suitable for desalination from the water which with good quality. Application range: Food industry, Drinking water industrial, Electric power feedwater, bioindustr, etc.
