High Flow Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element 400 GPD 3012 Ro Drinking Water Purifier
Drinking Water Purifier High Flow Reverse Osmosis 3012-400GPD RO Membrane
Prevent damage to ultrafiltration RO membrane performance New reverse osmosis membrane elements are usually stored in sealed plastic bags after soaking in 1% NaHSO3 and 18% glycerol in water. In the case that the plastic bag is not broken, it will not affect its life and performance if it is stored for about 1 year. When the plastic bag is opened, it should be used as soon as possible to avoid adverse effects on the components due to the oxidation of NaHSO3 in the air. Therefore, the film should be opened as much as possible before use. After the equipment test is completed, we have adopted two methods to protect the film. The equipment runs for two days (15-24h), and then maintains with 2% formaldehyde solution; or after running for 2-6h, maintains with 1% NaHSO3 aqueous solution (the air in the equipment pipeline should be exhausted to ensure the equipment No leakage, close all inlet and outlet valves). Both methods can achieve satisfactory results. The first method is more expensive and is used when the idle time is long, and the second method is used when the idle time is short.

RO membrane continues to increase in demand with the growth of the water treatment sector. However, fouling and scaling are its major drawbacks. Fouling occurs in both cellulose-based and thin-film composite membranes. So we have professional R&D and after sale service for our customers.
